1 pound ground beef

1/3 cup red onion (finely diced)

3/4 cup bread crumb

3/4 cup tomato (chopped)

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

3/4 cup mayo

Wrap Ingredients

Mini Naan flatbread or pita

Mix together all ground beef ingredients.

Form the mixture into rolls around 3” in length and 1/2” in diameter.

Sweet acidity
Combine tomato, vinegar and sugar in a small pan and place on the stove over medium-high heat.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and tomatoes soften.

Set aside and cool to room temperature.

Combine mixture with the mayo.

Lightly brush your naan bread with olive oil and throw on the grill for 15 seconds on each side – just enough to warm. Set aside.
